A Little About Us
The Padded-Cell Multi-Media Group was founded in 1998 in Tampa, Florida. The owners, Charles W. Darsan and Scott Kaplan saw the need to provide small businesses with specialized services on the Internet. They started their "virtual" company on the foundation that the Internet is just too big for any small company to maximize its potential alone.

Starting small and aiming large, PCMMG has grown in the past 5 years. In 2000, Charles and Scott welcomed Jason Smith to the executive team. Jason's background in advanced programming for MCI has taken the group to new levels.

Scott Kaplan
As CEO and Founding Partner for PCMMG, Scott Kaplan specializes in developing strategic marketing plans for small businesses, growth strategies, and enhanced technology consulting. His background in Economics, Marketing and Computers enables him to offer flexible solutions to customers while keeping an eye on the bottom-line.

Charles W. Darsan
As President and Founding Partner for PCMMG, Charles Darsan brings to the table over a decade of MIS specialization. Charles' unique background and creative side, coupled with his experience as a computer programmer and network administrator allow him freedom to solve problems in a multitude of ways.

Jason Smith
Chief Technology Officer Jason Smith brings to the table a level of programming and application development that sets PCMMG apart from other small business solution providers. Jason has developed complex applications for companies such as MCI, and transfers his experiences as program team leader towards finding the right solution for the right company.

Charles, Jason and Scott work with a team of free-lance professionals - Designers, Printers, Artists, Programmers - making use of each team members skills to maximize client satisfaction.
